One hospital standard across every building in your system.

We learn your health system's protocol and apply it at every medical office building, clinic, surgery center, administrative office, and warehouse your facilities team manages, with one point of contact and one report.

How Signature supports healthcare projects

  1. 01

    Built around an operating facility

Schedules are built around your operations, including nights and weekends. We schedule access, elevators, permits, and insurance paperwork, and our crews work to your site rules, so the work fits the facility's calendar.

  2. 02

A clear scope before work begins

A project manager walks the space and scopes every item. You receive one proposal with scope, schedule, crew, and price, so responsibilities are settled before anyone arrives.

  3. 03

    Documentation for every item

Every stored or removed item is logged by location, with an inventory, a photo record, and an allocation report for any liquidation. Sample documents are shown below.

  4. 04

    One point of contact

Your designated stakeholders deal with one project manager, with site-by-site reporting across every location in a network.

  5. 05

    A planned handover

A final walk with you, a photo record, and a punchlist before we leave, followed by an itemized invoice that matches the proposal.

Ready for the next survey, every day of the year.

Accreditors and state regulators inspect the physical environment. Clear egress, accessible safety equipment, orderly storage, and well-kept spaces matter on every visit. Surveys can arrive with little or no notice, so readiness has to be kept up between visits.

The Accreditation Readiness Program

  • Site sweep. Crews clear corridors, storage rooms, and back-of-house areas and remove clutter.
  • Surplus removal. Furniture, fixtures, and cleared surplus leave the building with documentation.
  • Temporary storage. Overflow items are inventoried and moved offsite until the client wants them back.
  • Condition repairs. Paint, patch, ceiling tile, and visible wear are corrected.
  • Standing cadence. Monthly or quarterly sweeps keep each site ready between visits.
  • Asset record. Every stored or removed item is logged by location.

Working with your clinical teams

Clinical equipment is cleared by the client's biomedical team before it moves. Fire safety items are handled by licensed partners. Anything that held patient information follows documented destruction.

Multi-site systems

Consistent vendor standards, a single point of contact, and site-by-site reporting across every location.

Project experience

Signature's headquarters work shows how the team runs projects at scale: a plan, a schedule, a crew, and a documented result. That planning applies to every site in a network, and references are available on request.

Where our crews stop. Our crews remove furniture, fixtures, and surplus after the client's clinical engineering or biomedical team clears each item. Patient-care devices remain under the client's biomedical team, and any item that held patient data follows documented destruction procedures.

Start with one site.

We sweep one site and report back with photos and an inventory. You decide whether to extend the program across your network.
