   The situation

   TIAA was leaving its New York headquarters on Third Avenue. Every floor of the tower was still full of offices and workstations, and all of it had to come out before the space could be returned.

   What we delivered

   Signature planned the decommission floor by floor and cleared thousands of cubicles and offices, so TIAA's team could focus on the move while we handled the building they were leaving.

   Drug Enforcement Administration

   Washington, DC area

   A bonded federal headquarters project across two buildings, finished ahead of schedule.

   The situation

   The DEA needed its headquarters decommissioned across two buildings, with the bonding and accountability that federal work requires.

   What we delivered

   Signature carried a surety bond on the project and finished ahead of schedule, giving the agency a vendor it could hold to the plan from the first floor to the last.

   AIG Chicago

   300 South Riverside Plaza, Chicago

   Multiple floors cleared on a firm deadline and left broom swept.

   The situation

   AIG needed several floors in its Chicago office cleared on a firm deadline.

   What we delivered

   Our crews cleared every floor on schedule and left the space broom swept, ready to hand back without a punchlist of leftovers.

   Yahoo

   Sunnyvale, California

   A large Silicon Valley office cleared on a compressed schedule.

   The situation

   Yahoo needed a large Sunnyvale office cleared quickly, on the other side of the country from our home market.

   What we delivered

   Signature ran the clear-out on a compressed schedule and finished the job in 2019, proof that our crews and partners deliver the same way wherever the building is.

5. Phased decommissioning

   One World Trade Center

   New York

   Repeat work as an approved vendor in one of the most security-conscious buildings in the country.

   The situation

   Tenants at One World Trade Center need vendors who can work inside the building's security and approval process without slowing anyone down.

   What we delivered

   As an approved vendor, Signature has decommissioned several floors in the tower, including work delivered in phases.

6. Decommissioning and reuse

   AIG Maiden Lane

   180 Maiden Lane, New York

   A Manhattan headquarters cleared quickly, with executive offices and workstations put back into use.

   The situation

   AIG was clearing its building at 180 Maiden Lane on a tight timeline.

   What we delivered

   Signature cleared the building and found new homes for executive office furniture and workstations, so much of it was reused instead of thrown away.
